We introduced the DISC language several years ago, and it has served as a foundation for employee development. In 2018, we launched a referral system developed by Shonda at Advocate Builders. Advocate Manager has given us a resource to track and reward our employees for going above and beyond their job description – and they have risen to the challenge. We have seen employees exhibit leadership both inside and outside of the bank, our middle management group develop skills necessary to their roles, and greater involvement from all levels in the organization.
