We have worked with Shonda Sammons since June of 2012. She tailors training that is not only specific to our organization; it is instrumental in helping us meet our goals. Through her assistance, FNB Bank has received $60,000 from the Alabama Incumbent Worker Training Program to support our training efforts.
One of our most successful initiatives has been the introduction of the DISC language into our culture. We use it as a guide in communicating with each other as well as our customers. The DISC assessment tool has also been beneficial in recruiting talent both internally and from the outside workforce.
