In addition to her highly energetic facilitation style, Shonda focuses on helping companies identify in-house talent, matching skill sets of employees to job responsibilities, evaluating recruitment efforts and converting everyday order takers to enterprising champions. She is also the author of a survey which assists an organization by identifying gaps in staff engagement.
Shonda and her husband live in Kentucky with their son. She loves baseball, gardening, and walking and is passionate about helping people achieve their highest potential.
